It disappeared after being up an hour or so and the day turned out quite nice. That evening when I went to bed it was hurting again and I could tell my throat was really getting sore.<br /><br />Monday<br />I got up this morning and my throat was really starting to hurt and I was losing my voice. So of course I get dressed and go down to work where I end up sitting on the telephone for 8 hours working. Needless to say my throat was not too happy about that. That evening I was stuffing my self with pastilles. <br /><br />Tuesday<br />I get up and can not utter a freaking word. Halfway through the day I am finally able to whisper. Another strange thing that happened was my inability to swallow liquids very well. I choked through half the damn day. Of course I stayed home from work this day. No point trying to work over a telephone if you can't get a word out.<br /><br />Wednesday<br />I get up this day and my voice is well on its way to recovery. Its my only day of class this week so I force myself to school where I end up being most of the day. I buy a bottle of cough syrup and mucus loosener. That night I cough myself to sleep.<br /><br />Thursday<br />When I woke up I felt like total utter shit. I was much congested but my voice was almost all the way back to normal. I spent the day at home. Went out to a cafe that evening (probably not the smartest thing to do). My dry cough started up again around 10-11pm or so. It only got worse when I went to bed and I ended up laying awake half the night trying to cough up my guts and feeling my throat bleed. It was utter hell!<br /><br />Friday<br />I feel more shit like then I did the day before. Spent a good 20 minutes or so hacking up these disgusting globs of ick that were mixed in with my blood. Poured some more cough med.s into me and took some pain reliever. For some reason my throat feels like it is swollen in the same fashion that it usually swells when I have too much dairy product. (I don't handle them so well). I call me doctor and they fax over some stronger meds that I pick up at the drugstore. Pick them up and pour some in me and to be honest I can't really tell a difference. =/ I take some more before bed and notice that one of my eyes is really red. I also fill up some bottle of water to drink throughout the night.<br />I go to bed coughing but thankfully not as much as I did the night before.<br /><br />Saturday (today)<br />I get up and feel a bit less like shit then I did on Thursday. I spend about 20 minutes or so trying to get the globs of ick and the blood out of my throat. I drank quite a lot of water during the night and I think that helped a lot.
